The Parklay Corps began as a personal calling long before it became an organization.

From a young age, I was often told that I would one day become a politician or a preacher—someone whose role would be to speak, to lead, and to serve others. Those observations came from a genuine desire to help people, to build community, and to stand with others in moments of need. Over time, I realized that while those paths serve important roles, neither fully expressed the kind of service I envisioned.

Instead, I chose a third path.

Parklay Corps works for the community and stands in service to humanity and walking beside our neighbors, advocating for dignity, and offering care where it is most needed.
